The Impulsyan AI phone assistant is included in every package. The smallest, Scout, costs €950 a month net, with a 6-month fixed term and a one-off €400 setup fee. On top of that come the call minutes of the Retell AI voice platform: its public list price starts at about $0.07 per minute, plus around $0.015 per minute for telephony (October 2026). Minutes are passed on only with your approval.
What makes up the cost?
The cost has two parts. The fixed monthly fee covers everything that makes the assistant useful: the call script and knowledge base we agree with you, the connection to your form, calendar and results tracker, weekly transcript reviews and ongoing improvements. The call minutes are billed by the voice platform according to actual use, so no calls means no minute costs.

The AI phone assistant is part of every package. All prices are net; EU businesses outside Malta with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism. Any ad budget is separate and is paid from your own ad account.
How much are the call minutes? A worked example
The price per minute depends mainly on the language model and the voice. Retell AI lists $0.07–0.31 per minute for AI voice agents on its pay-as-you-go plan, and telephony adds about $0.015 per minute. The most powerful models can cost more. For 300 calls a month at three minutes each:

The question is less what the assistant costs than how many enquiries go unanswered today: in the evening, at weekends, during meetings. If a single extra booked appointment a month is worth more to you than the minute costs, the minutes pay for themselves. Can I get the AI phone assistant without a package?
No. The assistant only works well together with the form, calendar, results tracker and weekly reviews, so it is part of every package. The smallest is Scout at €950 a month net.
Do we pay anything if nobody calls?
Minute costs only arise for actual calls. The fixed monthly fee stays the same, because running, reviewing and improving the assistant continues every week.
How are the call minutes billed?
We estimate them in advance in the assessment and pass them on as a separate item only after your approval, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Can we keep our existing phone number?
Yes, via call forwarding or a SIP connection. Alternatively you can start with a new local number.
How long until the assistant is live?
The kick-off meeting takes place within two business days of payment. The assistant goes live in weeks three to four, after you have listened to the test calls and approved them.
